You’re not ordinary, nor are you from this world. You have a divine purpose in this world.
To The Bible 2 Corinthians 5:20 NASB
“Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.”
LET’S TALK
Let’s imagine for a moment that you’re the ambassador of a very rich country to a not-so-rich one. Now, as your government’s representative in that foreign country, everything you require to make your stay there comfortable is fully provided by your home country. It doesn’t matter what the economic situation of that country where you’re posted is, it won’t affect you, because your supply comes from your home country. This simple illustration should give you an idea of the privileges the Christian has as God’s representative here on earth.
The Bible describes the Christian as an ambassador. This is because he isn’t a citizen of this world but a citizen of heaven (Philippians 3:20). He lives on earth as a representative of heaven, just as an ambassador lives in another country as his nation’s representative. As an ambassador, the Christian gets to enjoy all the wonderful privileges of the heavenly Kingdom here on earth, because God sees to it that all his needs and requirements are supplied. He doesn’t lack anything!
As you go about your affairs, be conscious of the truth that you’re God’s representative here on earth, and live as one. Don’t struggle or live like the rest of the world, because your citizenship is not of this world, but of the heavenly Kingdom.

Act
Identify the responsibilities of an ambassador. Relate these to yourself, as an ambassador of God’s Kingdom here on earth.
