LET’S TALK
Happy New Year! Welcome to 2025, a beautiful new year full of God’s great blessings for you! God’s plan for you this year, as always, is for you to make progress. He wants you to advance and move forward. But to really see your progress, you need to have clear goals. Without them, it’s hard to measure how far you’ve come. In setting definite goals, there’re certain things you must consider. First, know where you are and what areas you want to improve on—your health, finances, relationships, or academics. Whatever it is, locate your present position.
Next, envision what the next and higher level is for you. This could be better grades, a healthier lifestyle, a means of income, or a stronger family relationship. Visualizing a better future helps you stay motivated and focused on what you want to achieve.
Thirdly, determine what you must do to get to your next level. This involves figuring out the steps you need to take and the resources you need. Resources could be time, effort, money, or information. Fourthly and finally, take action; do what you need to do to get you the results you want. Otherwise, your visions, goals and aspirations will fail and come to nothing. Setting clear goals for the year and staying focused on them is essential. Every now and then, pray about your goals. This is important because it will help you achieve them.
This year, you’re going to make progress and move forward in your life like never before, irrespective of what’s been happening with you or around you. The Spirit of God will inspire and guide you to take the necessary actions that’ll cause you to have evident and unprecedented growth, increase, and prosperity in Jesus’ Name.
