God wants you to be healthy and strong not just today but every single day. This is why He’s given you His allpowerful Word which can heal you of any sickness and keep you in perfect health. His words are “…life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh” (Proverbs 4:22). Therefore, to stay in sound health, get to the Word and know it for yourself.

Don’t let the TV or video games take you away from the Word. When it’s time to study your Bible, take such times seriously and study diligently.
