YOU CAN GET HARVEST ANYTIME

(Decide When You Want Your Harvest To Come)

TO THE BIBLE: Genesis 8:22

“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.”

LET’S TALK

Some people think the scripture above reads, “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest time…shall not cease.” But that isn’t what the Lord says. To say “seed time and harvest time” suggests that there’s a specific time of sowing as well as a specific time of harvest. But the idea given to us in Genesis 8:22 where it says “seedtime and harvest” is that harvest is anytime. In other words, you might as well consider today the set time for your harvest!

As a child of God, you play by a different set of rules, so your harvest ought to come in ways that are supernatural. For example, the Bible says that Isaac sowed during a famine (a time when it was naturally impossible for seeds to grow) and yet received in the same year a hundredfold (Genesis 26:12-13). That’s how it ought to be in your life.

Go ahead and sow your seed now, and expect the Lord to bless and multiply it back to you. This is the set time for your harvest!
