TURN ON THE LIGHTS
(God’s Word – A Bright And Blazing Light For Life!)
TO THE BIBLE
Psalm 119:105 CEV
“Your word is a lamp that gives light wherever I walk.”
LET’S TALK
Many young people fall by the way side because they didn’t have the light to go through the darkness. But John 1:1-5 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” The light through any darkness of life is the Word of God. It’s that light you need to make the right decisions in life.
If one doesn’t have the knowledge of God’s Word, he’ll only plunge from one level of darkness to another. Without this light, the decisions he makes will be made in uncertainty; but when you have the Word of God inside you, you’ll have the true light to go through any tunnel of darkness.
Thank God, His light is coming to you right now. Let God’s Word lead you through the darkness, because that Word is what will determine whether you become a success or failure, rich or poor. Riches aren’t acquired by how much one can embezzle from what is made available to him or her. They come through the wisdom of God (Proverbs 3:15-16).
Get our messages and listen again and again. Get the books as well; read them over and again until your faith is built strong, and you become spiritually stalwart and mentally sound. This is what you need to face the world. Allow the Word light up your way through life, so you can see your way clearly, walk through it confidently, and come out victoriously at the end. Hallelujah!
GO DEEPER
Psalm 119:130 AMPC,
The entrance and unfolding of Your words give light; their unfolding gives understanding (discernment and comprehension) to the simple.
2 Peter 1:19
We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
PRAY
Dear Father, thank you for the light of your Word. It’s a lamp for my feet and a light onto my path, and I’m guided in every affair that concerns me today by your Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
