A lot of people know how to pray but don’t know how to receive.
As we experience God’s people living their lives all over, in our fellowship with them, how much is unknown in the church today? How many Christians live their lives on the basis of assumptions? So many live their lives on assumptions. So many live their lives in defeat and some don’t even know.
That’s why you get those living without knowing who they are or what they have. Some don’t even know why Jesus came.
Some may even start getting exposure to the Word and for some reasons, they think the Word doesn’t work and find it difficult to believe the teachings of faith.
Some people get condemned by other Christians for even believing in Prosperity. And then some get afraid of being prosperous.
Live your life according to the Word and not be experiences. So many are even scared to live their lives because of dreams. Some others always have dreams about people and the devil has used their dreams to keep them under.
LAWS OF INTERPRETATION OF DREAMS
1. When you get dreams (real dreams) that have meaning; they always focus on you. Study the Bible, God didn’t give anybody dreams about others. Dreams are personal. Dreams and visions aren’t the same.
So when you have a dream about someone, don’t go warning the person. The dreams have to do with you – the dreamer is the one to receive the warnings of that dream; God is talking to you (the recipient of the dreams).
More importantly, if you keep believing dreams, you’re heading for destruction.
2. After the Holy Spirit came, not one apostle did the Lord minister to in a dream. The last people the Lord ministered to in a dream were before the Holy Spirit came upon the Church. The Holy Spirit brought new guidance for the Church.
Joel 2:28
“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:”
Notice it was the old men that dreamt. This place is talking about men who are about to fade away.
The purpose of our message is you in Christ and Christ in you. You’ve come to Christ, born again – you are in Christ. What does it mean to be in Christ and Christ in you?
2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
1 Corinthians 12:13
_”For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.” _
When you’re born again, you’re baptised in Christ. This is the spiritual baptism. This is the legality of our salvation, in Christ. He died in our place. Which means in the eyes of justice, as He was dying on the cross, we died on the cross.
And God wants us to know that what He did on the cross was for us and that we don’t have to do anything more again as sacrifice. Jesus is the one and only necessary sacrifice for all time.
Jesus died for everybody – the whole world, not Christians. Everybody paid for his sins in Christ. Jesus’ sacrifice was for everybody. His blood was enough for the sanctification; washed away all sins that were committed and will ever be committed.
“The acceptance, endorsement and affirmation of the legalities of our salvation results in the vital realities of salvation. Thus, what we are in Christ is the legal basis of actuation of the vital reality of what Christ is in us.”
This means that whatever happened to Christ was for me.

1. In 2 Corinthians 5:17; that brings the legal and vital realities together. If any man be in Christ… (that’s legal) he is a new creature (vital reality)…
Imagine that a man took his neighbour’s wife and their produced a son. It’s illegal but the son is a vital reality.
Then in 2 Corinthians 5:21 the Bible says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
What does this mean?
Being made righteous is about acquittal. But we have been made the very righteousness of God – the expression of His love and His nature.
There are two parts of righteousness;
The Legal (Acquittal) and the Vital (Divine).
Romans 4:25 (AMPC)
“Who was betrayed and put to death because of our misdeeds and was raised to secure our justification (ouracquittal), [making our account balance and absolving us from all guilt before God].” (also see AMP 2015)
Romans 5:1 (AMP)
“Therefore, since we have been justified [that is, acquitted of sin, declared blameless before God] by faith, [let us grasp the fact that] we have peace with God [and the joy of reconciliation with Him] through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).”
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 6:10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”
The one who’s praying “Jesus wash me” doesn’t know the Word. What is supposed to be done about your salvation have already been done.
Hebrews 4:14-16
“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
In the Old Testament, God asked them to build an Ark. This Ark was placed in the holy of holies and only the High Priest was allowed to go in… And God will appear before the priest between the Cherubims and the priest obtains mercy on behalf of the people for the next one year.
Hebrews 9:24-28
“For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: 9:25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”
Verse 27, was talking about Jesus being offered once as sacrifice, the death has to be once. This death is talking about spiritual death. The focus here was the solution to death.
1 Corinthians 6:11
“And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”
In the name of the Lord Jesus (legal reality) and by the Spirit of our God (vital reality).
Romans 8:30
“Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.”
God has already done it. He also already glorified you.
When you understand this, you’ll never live a life of shame. In the mind of justice, this has taken place. This is legal. Meaning in the presence of God, nothing can shame you.
I’m a glorified child of God.
No matter where I go in this world, I’m glorified.
I will never suffer.
In Hebrews 4:16, the word “obtain” is translated “lambano” which means to take. We are to take as much mercy as we like. No wonder self-righteous people never obtain mercy.
Jesus is my plea, I lambano mercy!
Romans 9:23-24
“And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 9:24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?”
I’m a vessel of mercy.
The Lord is leading us in a special way. Our thinking is different. We are taking bold steps.
