Being excellent at what you do is a personal choice; nobody will do that for you. Crave it and never accept imperfection and mediocrity in your endeavors.
TO THE BIBLE GENESIS 39:2-3 NIV
“The LORD was with Joseph and he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. When his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD gave him success in everything he did.”
LET’S TALK
Success in life requires you making a conscious choice to be the best at what you do. Irrespective of the task at hand, be passionate about excellence. In other words, refuse half-measures, shun mediocrity, dare to be different, and do excellent things, because you have an excellent mind.
An excellent character demands that after you’ve finished a task, maybe a chore at home or a project in school, you go over it meticulously to check for and remove imperfections. Some people don’t care about such things; they work but don’t pay close attention to details. You have to understand that the perfection of your finishing is a reflection of the perfection of your personality.
Don’t accept imperfections, mundanity, or mediocrity! This is a personal thing nobody will do for you, but you can train yourself for it. Start today to do things excellently, and it’ll stand you out from the crowd. This is important for the development of your character, and it’s one of the keys to being an outstanding success.
