LET’S TALK
God’s kind of love is truly awesome: it believes only the best about others every time. You know, some people get in awkward situations for believing all the wrong and negative things they heard about others, losing good friends for example. You should never accept, or even, allow anyone bring to you some negative information to defile the purity of your spirit. Don’t give your mind to such irrelevant info! Learn to see others the way God sees them—from the perspective of God’s love—and you’ll never be wrongly influenced by any negative information about them, be it cooked-up or factual.
Stay on the positive, and hold good thoughts about everyone in your mind. Always remember, Philippians 4:8 highlights the kind of thoughts you should have and set your mind on. He doesn’t tell us to dwell on allegations against people. This is the Word of God. Practise it. You become the reflection of your thoughts (Proverbs 23:7). Imagine that your life is the reflection of the things itemised in Philippians 4:8. How amazing that’ll be!
The same way you’re expected to be positive about people, you should also have a positive outlook and mentality for your life. When there’s a situation you need to deal with, perhaps in your health, or your finances, whatever it may be; be full of joy, because you know that anything is possible. The Word says, “A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing…” (Proverbs 17:22 AMPC). Count it all joy when you go through diverse tests; why? It’s because your victory is inevitable (James 1:2)! Refuse to allow anyone or anything knock the joy out of you, and be happy about your life, everyone, and everything!

PRAY
Dear Lord, thank you for your Word that brings purity to my heart. I’m transformed and built up by your Word today, elevated to a higher level of glory, as I think on your Word, joyful and excited about my life and your blessings that I enjoy, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
