MONDAY 25
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16
Have you ever seen anyone light a candle and put it under the table? I’m sure that would be very strange indeed. In the same way, the reason the Lord made you the light to your world is for others to know Him through your good deeds.
The Apostles Peter and John shone as lights in their world that the people could easily identify them with the Lord Jesus (Acts 4:13). Can those around you easily tell that you’re a child of God?
Let God’s love in you flow to everyone around you. Be kind and helpful to everyone you meet and, above all, share the Word of God with them.
