GIVE SOME STUFF OUT ;
(Have The Mentality Of Prosperity)
👤 Pastor Chris Oyakhilome;
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Leviticus 19:9-10 GNB “When you harvest your fields, do not cut the grain at the edges of the fields, and do not go back to cut the heads of grain that were left. Do not go back through your vineyard to gather the grapes that were missed or to pick up the grapes that have fallen; leave them for poor people and foreigners. I am the LORD your God.”
◀️ LET’S TALK
In the above scripture, God was giving some instructions to the children of Israel on what they should do when they harvest their grains. He said to them, “…Do not go back through your vineyard to gather the grapes that were missed or to pick up the grapes that have fallen; leave them for poor people and foreigners” (Leviticus 19:10 GNB). In other words, “Don’t harvest everything; don’t gather whatever you missed.” He didn’t want them scratching for the leftovers. They were to leave some in the field, for the poor, the fatherless, and the widows. This shows how just thoughtful and benevolent the Lord is!
There’s a mentality of prosperity and there’s a mentality of poverty. For instance, some people would use their clothes until those clothes are torn to tatters. It could be any personal belonging; they use it until it’s not good enough to be given to someone else. That’s not nice! Such a mentality attracts poverty, and it has kept many in a despicable state for a long time. Whatever God blesses you with, no matter how small or big it is, when you use it, let it be good enough for someone else. When you give such things to others, be sure they’re in an excellent state to be used with dignity. That’s the way to live.
There should never be anything that you own that you can’t give out. God wants you to always be a blessing to others who aren’t as blessed as you are. There’re things you haven’t used in a long while, yet you’re keeping them. That’s not a prosperity attitude. Do the Word; get into your closet and search out belongings you’ve piled up and probably wouldn’t even use for another one or two years. Give some stuff out, and watch your life take an upward dive.

🔊 Pray
Blessed is the God and Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed me with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ! I’ve received of His fullness, grace heaped upon grace. I’m a blessing to those around me, and as a result, I grow bigger and stronger in prosperity, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
