God Is Not Mysterious
Monday 11
For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
1 Corinthians 14:33
Some people think God is mysterious. They feel He does whatever He wants, whenever He wants, and however He wants. But God isn’t like that. To be mysterious is to be confusing, and God isn’t that way.
The Lord Jesus showed us who God is when He said, “…If you have seen me, you have seen the Father…” (John 14:9 CEV). Wow! And the Lord Jesus is the personification of love. He displayed love everywhere He went. What’s more, the Bible says “…God is love…” (1 John 4:16). So, God is neither weird nor mysterious to His children.
