GET PROGRAMMED ; UNDERGO THE REPROGRAMMING OF GOD’S WORD

*TO THE BIBLE Romans 12:2*

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. 

*LET’S TALK*
As Jesus sat and rested at Jacob’s well in Samaria, He encountered a Samaritan woman and asked her for some water. But noticing that He was a Jew (there was a long-standing feud between the Jews and Samaritans at this time), she bluntly told him they had nothing in common, and initially declined to help. She almost lost out due to her mindset. Thankfully, Jesus replied her this way, Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life  (John 4:13-14). The Master knew He could give her something to quench her thirst for ever the Word. With the Word, she would be able to create anything she desired.

Often, when people are facing difficult situations, what they need is a reprogramming of their minds with God’s Word. They need to listen to God’s Word and study the Scriptures over a period of time, until the Word gets rid of the wrong mindset, and reprograms them aright for success. If that doesn’t happen, no matter what else you do for them, their situation wouldn’t change. Sometimes, when people are sick in their bodies, the real problem is beyond the symptoms that are apparent in their physical bodies. So, even when they’re healed in their bodies, the sickness recurs, because it was really a problem of the mind.
If you’re in such a situation, the solution is to reprogramme your mind through the Word, for total restoration. The Word of God gives you everything you need: love, joy, health, peace, prosperity, grace, wisdom and all that the vicarious death of Christ and His triumphant resurrection delivered to us as Christians. That’s what salvation encapsulates. So go for the Word today and reprogramme your mind with it.
