📖 TO THE BIBLE
2 Corinthians 4:18 AMP C “…We consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting.”
◀️ LET’S TALK
Jesus always wants to see you win and live happy every day. It’s because He loves you and cares about you, regardless of the challenges and difficulties you may be facing right now. He said this to His disciples, and He’s saying the same to you today: “…In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you]” (John 16:33 AMPC). Therefore, never allow anything get you frustrated. The triumphant life is yours in Christ Jesus, and it’s one lived by faith.
Always maintain your confession of God’s Word. Don’t accept defeat; don’t give in to sickness or anything that hurts. Don’t say, “I’ve caught an infection,” just because you noticed some symptoms in your body. Don’t say, “The trouble was too much, and so I gave up”; no, take on the shield of faith. With your faith, you can quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. Faith doesn’t consider physical circumstances, it only considers the Word. Bodily symptoms or the doctor’s diagnosis shouldn’t change your confession. Keep the Word in your mouth and refuse to be rated by your circumstances. Steady your faith and keep it on course.
Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith….” He perfects your faith; therefore, never give up. Your faith is your currency; and with it, nothing shall be impossible to you. Every adversity you face is your opportunity to experience and manifest the glory of God (2 Corinthians 4:17). No matter what you go through in life, it’ll turn out for your good, as long as you turn your eyes away from the conditions or circumstances, to the Word of God.
