Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! 1 John 3: 1

It should fill you with joy and excitement when you think of how much God loves you. According to our memory scripture, God loves you so much and it is His joy and delight to call you His child.

What an honour! Some people may be proud to be known as the son or daughter of the head of the government or nation, but you have something better and greater; you’re the child of the most high God.

This should fill you with joy and put a spring in your steps. You’re not ordinary, no! you’re not a speck in the dust, you’re the child of the Creator of the whole universe, the Lord God almighty!
