Jude 1:20 NASB “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit”
LET’S TALK
There’re two striking points to note from the scripture above. The first is the phrase “building yourselves up,” which is translated from the Greek word “epoikodomeo.” It suggests the building of a superstructure on an already existing foundation, not in terms of constructing from scratch. Romans 12:3 lets us know that God has given to you the measure of faith; it’s now up to you to grow that faith and build a superstructure on it. The faith given to you by God is the foundation you need to build a life of success, prosperity, victory and divine health.
The second point to note is the term “most holy faith.” This refers to your “highest level of faith.” Faith is experienced at different levels. Sometimes, while under the influence of God’s Word, your faith can be stirred strong, and at such moments you’re inspired to take supernatural steps; you’re energised to speak God’s Word with power and do exploits. Such high moments, and soaring levels of faith is what the Bible refers to as your “most holy faith.”
Your “most holy faith” is the highest level your faith has attained at any given time, and the Lord is saying to you “build up a superstructure on that highest level of faith.” Never let your faith fluctuate; let that highest level become your benchmark and new lowest level! According to the Scriptures, the way to do this is by praying in the Holy Ghost.
As one who is born again, you already have the God-kind of faith, but it’s given to you in little measure and it isn’t enough for everything! It’s got to grow! So, develop your faith to its highest level; the more you speak in tongues and pray in the Holy Ghost the more your faith is elevated to its highest level. This is why praying in other tongues is such an indispensable spiritual activity for every believer. Keep increasing your faith through the Word (Romans 10:17), and stabilise your highest level of faith by praying earnestly in the Holy Ghost always.

Dear Father, thank You for teaching me how to increase my faith and operate at my highest level faith. As I speak in other tongues, I maintain that high peak of faith, where I walk in victory and dominion over all circumstances of life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
