SO BRIGHT!
(The Holy Spirit Makes Your Future Bright)
If you’re born again and full of God’s Spirit, you don’t have to be anxious about the future, because it’s bright!
To The Bible John 16:12-13 TLB
“Oh, there is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t understand it now. When the Holy Spirit, who is truth, comes, he shall guide you into all truth, for he will not be presenting his own ideas, but will be passing on to you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.”
LET’S TALK
Jesus said when the Holy Spirit comes, He’ll tell you about the future (John 16:13). This means the person without the Holy Spirit can’t be certain about his future. He’s like an airplane without a pilot, or a ship without a captain, lost at sea, or a wandering traveller with a ticket to nowhere.
However, if you’re born again, life doesn’t have to be foggy or mysterious; the Holy Spirit lives in you to guide you and show you how bright your future is. King David said about the Holy Spirit in one of his psalms, “You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore” (Psalm 16:11). He was well-acquainted with the Spirit, and boy, did he have a bright life!
You can’t know the path of life that brings success, joy, victory and prosperity on your own; but that’s why the Holy Spirit has come to lead you into that path. He knows how to take you through life’s journey and make you a success, for He sees the end from the beginning. He came to guide you and show you visions of the future. Let Him have His way in you today.

Dear Father, thank you for the great and wonderful future that you’ve planned for me! Today, as I yield to the guidance of your Spirit, the eyes of my spirit are open to recognise and walk in the path of blessings prepared for me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
