You should never shy away at the opportunity to help others who genuinely need help. The Bible tells us the remarkable story of the Shunammite woman who helped Elisha by being kind and giving him a place to stay. Because of her kindness, Elisha prayed for her and she had a child (2 Kings 4:13,16).
God loves it when we help others get better. Not only is the love and compassion of Christ in you revealed to your world, but God sees what you’re doing and promotes you for it.
