Pastor Chris Proclaims August 2017 ‘the Month of the Shining Light’!

BLW President announces direction of the Spirit for August, ‘the Month of the Shining Light’!
Before declaring the eagerly anticipated word of the Spirit for August 2017 — ‘the Month of the Shining Light’ — the man of God, Rev. (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome, read Matthew 5:16: “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

Pastor Chris went on to read Isaiah 60:2 and Romans 12:10-11, shedding more light on this new phase of the operation of the Spirit through us. “Never lag in zeal and in earnest endeavor; be aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord,” the latter scripture reads in the Amplified version, indicating a clear desire of the Spirit for each citizen of the BLW Nation.

“Shine by actions,” the man of God instructed the congregation through the Spirit, emphasizing the portion of the theme scripture, Matthew 5:16, “that they may see your good works.” Pastor also spotlighted the importance of praying in the Spirit this month, as a means to constantly initiate an outshining of the glory like Jesus experienced in Luke 9:28-29.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven – Matthew 5:16 KJV.

Let your light so shine

Not just shine but shine in such a way that men see your good works and glorify your Father. It’s your responsibility…

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee – Isaiah 60:1‭-‬2 KJV.

Arise, shine…

God is not going to make your light to shine. Arise and shine. Your light has come.

What does the lord want us to do?

Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord – Romans 12:11 KJV.

Romans 12:10-11 amplified…

Never lag in zeal and in earnest endeavor; be aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord – Romans 12:11 AMPC.

Not slothful but fervent in spirit, serving the Lord… Never lack in zeal… Be aglow and burn in the spirit. Don’t lack behind. If you couldn’t do it, the Lord will not ask you. You have the capacity to do it…

In the newer amplified version, it says it slightly different…

August is the month of shinning light. Yes, I’m a burning and shinning light. Are you? People can rejoice in your light. You’re a light. Let your light so shine… I’m shinning throughout this month. God’s glory will manifest mightily in you…

By action, let your light shine. You’re acting. You’re doing something. Don’t be quiet, preach the word. Share Rhapsody of Realities. Shine everywhere. Act.

Never lack in zeal and earnest endeavor. Be fervent in spirit. Be on fire. Be consistent. There’s something about that light. B aglow and burn with the spirit.

Let your light shine and you’ll not have time to go back to the old ways. Make friends with active Christians so that you don’t lose your fire. Never lack behind in diligence. Serve the Lord with enthusiasm. Be glad when your told to come to the house of the Lord. Sometimes, many think that enthusiasm should be spontaneous. Stir up the gift of God in you. You do it. The old prophets warned those that couldn’t stir themselves to take hold of themselves. Stir up yourself to pray and rejoice in the Lord. I’m full of joy…

I shout unto God with the voice of triumph. I’m not waiting for testimonies to shout. I get results because I shout with the voice of triumph. I get excited. Look at Jesus, He was always aglow with the spirit. Be filled with the spirit always.

Luke 9:28

And as He was praying, the appearance of His countenance became altered (different), and His raiment became dazzling white [flashing with the brilliance of lightning].
Luke 9:29 AMPC.

…As He prayed, the fashion of His garment was altered… The appearance of his countenance was altered and his garments glittered. The glory was from within. The glory of the Lord in the New Testament is from inside you. It doesn’t come from outside like in the days of old… The Holy Spirit lives in you. The glory resides in you… Did you know that that was what Peter, James and John saw… When you pray, the same thing happens… The glory was from the spirit of the Lord to His body and garments…

If you pray in the spirit often, you’ll have your mind and body refreshed often. This is your month and God’s glory is revealed through you. You’re an expression and manifestation of God everywhere you go. Pray in tongues. Thank Him. Proclaim His glory. Glorify His name and thank Him…
