God’s Word is food for your spirit. Don’t deny yourself the necessary nutrition the Word provides.

DON’T STARVE YOURSELF

(Feed Your Spirit With God’s Word)

God’s Word is food for your spirit. Don’t deny yourself the necessary nutrition the Word provides.

To The Bible 1 Peter 2:2-3

“As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.”

LET’S TALK

You’re a spirit being, and you’re nourished by feeding on God’s Word. It is to your spirit what food is to your body. The more of it you ingest, the faster you’ll grow spiritually and the quicker your faith will develop.

If you don’t take in the Word, you starve your spirit, and the result of that is spiritual malnourishment that makes you vulnerable to the enemy’s attack. On the other hand, when you consciously and constantly feed your spirit with the Word, you’ll be energized from within! You’ll also observe improvement in your mental and physical wellbeing and other areas of your life. You’ll become so fruitful and productive, with a renewed mind that’s filled with thoughts and ideas of success and possibility.

So, make the conscious effort to always feed your spirit with God’s Word; have a voracious appetite for the Word. Avail yourself of every opportunity to take God’s Word into you, and esteem it more than your necessary physical food.
