(Eliminate Negative Thought Patterns)
If you want to experience a life of endless victories, you’ll have to apply the Word in dealing with any negative thought pattern in your mind.
To the Bible 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 KJV
“(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ”
LET’S TALK
There are two kinds of strongholds: external and internal. External strongholds can be satanic or human, and are built to hinder people from achieving God’s purpose for their lives. These include deception and fear orchestrated by satan, as well as the theories, philosophies, ideas, and social orders of men. But I want to talk to you about internal strongholds today.
Internal strongholds are thought patterns that have governed someone’s mind over a long period. These thought patterns may be as a result of the person’s upbringing, background, or some inaccurate religious ideas imbibed over a protracted period.
Strongholds also result from habits that form one’s character or mind-set. When such a mind-set prevents you from accepting the thoughts and leading of God, then it has become a stronghold. For example, there are folks who think they’d never get healed, simply because they’ve suffered from an ailment for so long. That’s a stronghold that should be pulled down.
When the Word of God gets into your spirit, it causes such strongholds to come crashing down. So take heed to the Word. Sometimes, you can pull down a stronghold but the negative thoughts that formed it try to infiltrate your mind again. Stop such thoughts dead in their tracks by immediately declaring God’s Word and praying, especially in other tongues. When you do these things consistently, thoughts of victory, prosperity, success, and health will inundate your mind. God’s Word will form your mind-set, and you’ll enjoy a life of unending success.

I have the mind of Christ; a mind that’s renewed daily through the Word of God. I refuse thoughts of fear, failure, or defeat. I only think thoughts of victory and abundance, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
